Coleman Malaysia organizes the following Lucky Draw. (“Malaysia”, “we” or “our”) and is open to TCE Tackle’s Customer (“participant(s)”, “user(s)” or “you”). The Basic Terms and the Standard Terms below shall be binding on you. The definitions in the Standard Terms shall apply unless otherwise expressly agreed in the Basic Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between the Standard Terms and the Basic Terms, the Basic Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency. Entry and participation in the Contest shall be deemed an unconditional acceptance by you of the Terms and Conditions.

The Organizer reserves the right to change, postpone, reschedule, cancel, or extend the Contest
Period at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility:
Open to all TCE Tackles Customers except employees and immediate family members of TCE Tackles Sdn Bhd.
Entry Procedure:
1. Participant(s) are required to purchase from any TCE Tackles Retail Stores.
2. Participant(s) with a successful transaction(s) made, and fulfil the contest’s criteria, as below, will immediately be considered qualified entries.
● Minimum spend of RM160 within the Campaign period
In a single order/receipt will immediately qualify as one entry on the respective day during the campaign period. Participants will need to complete the e-form and upload proof of purchase (receipt).
3. Only checkouts with successful transactions made from any TCE Tackles Retail Stores, without any returns or refunds, will be accepted.
4. Based on all entries received, Coleman Malaysia will select, and notify winners based on a random basis.
5. Winner (s) will be shortlisted by Coleman Malaysia and announced on Facebook Coleman Malaysia, on 30/9/2024. The winner should approach us through our social media to redeem their prize, if the winner exits the claim window 7 Days, Coleman Malaysia hereby reserves the right to select another winner(s).
6. All decisions made about the Campaign including the decisions in determining the winners will be at the sole discretion of Coleman Malaysia and no further correspondence, attempts to, or requests to appeal, review or dispute of such decisions will be entertained.
7. FREE gifts awarded by Coleman Malaysia are not transferable to any third party, nor are they exchangeable for cash and/or other treatments and services.
8. Coleman Malaysia gives no warranty on the quality of the premium(s) or their suitability for any purpose.
9. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of the Gift item(s) from the date of the winner announcement.
10. No delivery will be made to P.O. Box addresses as well as addresses outside Malaysia.
11. If the delivery address is outside Klang Valley, participants will need to bear the delivery cost themselves.
12. All prizes must be claimed within the stipulated time frame indicated in the Terms & Conditions. Any unclaimed prizes shall be forfeited, and Coleman Malaysia will not compensate or be held liable for failure to claim the reward(s). Any appeal will not be entertained. Any order placed after the end of the campaign period, 31st August 2024, will not be entertained.
13. If the choice of Gift item(s) is/are unavailable, the reason being the Gift item(s) is/are temporarily out of stock or discontinued, Coleman Malaysia has the right to replace item(s) with a similar value by notifying winner(s)
14. By participating in this campaign, the participant is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions stated herein. The participants hereby authorize and consent to the use of the names and/ or photograph taken of and by the Participants by the Organizer as materials for the purpose of advertising, trade and/ or publicity, without prior notice to the Participants and the Participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership and /or other forms of compensation.
15. Any decision made by Coleman Malaysia shall be final and binding and no correspondence in terms of verbal or written will be entertained.
16. This campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any other Social Network, Search Engines etc. You are providing your information to Coleman Malaysia and not to any other party.
17. By participating in the Campaign, the Participant gives his/her consent to Coleman Malaysia, the Organizer, its Affiliates and/or Related Companies to process, use, and disclose the Participant’s personal data (including but not limited to the information provided by the Participant in the entry form, the Participant’s photographs, images and videos) for purposes of the Campaign, and future advertising and publicity in connection with the Campaign in any and all media without any additional compensation, notification or permission.
18. Coleman Malaysia shall take reasonable precautions to secure the Participant’s personal data and require third-party data processors to do the same. Please note, however, that Coleman Malaysia may release the Participant’s personal data if required to do so by law.
