3) Member must be at least 18 years old and above. Employees of TCE TACKLES are ineligible to apply for the membership.
4) Member shall be responsible in maintaining accurate and updated personal particulars with TCE Tackles Malaysia. This is to enable member to receive updates on exclusive offers from TCE Tackles via email, sms or direct mail.
5) A membership fee of RM10.00 is payable every year in advance of membership.
6) Payment mode is by cash only and is strictly non-refundable. Member is advised to renew the membership card one month prior to the card expiry date at any TCE Tackles outlet in Malaysia.
7) A replacement fee of RM10.00 will be levied for each lost, stolen or damaged card.
8) The TCE Tackles Card is strictly non-transferable and member must produce identification as and when required.
9) The TCE Tackles Privileges Card is issued by and remains the property of TCE Tackles Sdn. Bhd. TCE Tackles Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right, without prior notice, to decline the issue, reissue, renewal or replacement of a membership card and to suspend or terminate the right to use the card as well as the right to amend or withdraw the privileges, terms and conditions at its sole discretion from time to time without prior notice.
